Interlink Express delivers all of our UK orders. Deliveries are Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm with internet tracking.
You will receive two emails:
1: When the parcel leaves us.
2: Confirming a 1 HOUR window in which your parcel will arrive. The courier service requires a signature, please ensure someone is there to sign for the parcel.
Transit Times:
Next Working Day: United Kingdom, Scotland
1 to 2 working days: Ireland, Scottish highlands, Channel Islands.
Saturday Delivery:
We do not offer a Saturday delivery service.

SHIPPING FAQ'S
Is it possible to Combine Deliveries?
This can ONLY be done online at the checkout stage by ticking the combine delivery option. It is NOT possible to request the combine delivery option by phone, email or via the special instructions box. You will be charge for the most expensive individual delivery plus £3 per extra item. We will only dispatch when all orders are complete. You cannot combine orders already in production. Once your order has been submitted and is in production it is NOT POSSIBLE to cancel the order.
Can I combine an Imaging order with another Sim brand order?
It is not possible to combine the delivery of Sim Imaging with Sim Lab, Sim Express or Sim Frame orders.
Can I Ship direct to my client?
Yes. When placing your order please specify the different delivery address in the delivery address fields.
How do you ship to Europe & Rest of the world?
We can ship to many different countries. Prices and delivery times will vary. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Is it possible to Combine Deliveries?
It is possible to combine multiple orders for delivery.
